A ground-floor bedroom is accessible for wheelchair users while the four upstairs bedrooms are flooded with natural light from the large windows which offer a mesmerising vista across olive trees towards the Bay of Kissamos.
With en-suite bathrooms in each, all bedrooms open onto verandas where one can find a table with chairs to sit or read.
Majestic has been sensitively designed with natural stonework and pale-washed walling set within a landscaped garden of native shrubs, flowers and trees.
At ground level, step outside and relax beside a 50 square meter pool, reclining on the sunbeds and the poolside mattresses and sofas and enjoy the panorama towards the inviting Aegean.
Socialise beneath a pergola with outdoor dining table and chairs or make the most of the adjacent BBQ area for grilling succulent lamb and steaks or the freshly-caught fish and seafood the region is renowned for.
Alternatively, start your day here with coffee and breakfast before a trip out to some of the fabulous beaches western Crete is famed for or explore nearby villages and towns such as Kissamos. And the must-visit location – the Venetian harbour town of Chania – is not far away either.
As our biggest Sea View villa on the hillside (with its sister property Utopia lower on the slope), the outlook from Majestic’s elevated position is incomparable.

Villa Majestic Configuration:
Sleeps 10 guests, with five superbly-designed bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom. Beds for an additional two persons can be added on request.
Four bedrooms are on the upper floors (all have double beds 1.8 X 2 meters that convert to twin beds), with a ground-floor bedroom that is wheelchair accessible.
Each bedroom has private balconies and delightful views from a spacious villa which embraces an open plan living concept with a well-equipped kitchen and lounge and dining areas.
Property Location:
Villa Majestic is set on the higher aspect of the hillside overlooking the Bay of Kissamos. It is located 2km from Kissamos town, 500m from the closest shop, 1.5km from the closest beach and a 25-minute drive from the regional capital of Chania. The airport is 55km away and other villages, beaches, and attractions are an easy driving distance by car.
The swimming pool of 50 Sqm can be heated by a Pool Heat Pump at about 28°C, depending on weather conditions. Pool heating is 700 euro per week extra, with additional charges applying if higher temperatures are required (three days advance notice required for this facility). A pool cover can be provided and has to be used to achieve best pool heating effect.

No smoking indoors, refundable deposit at time of booking and for up to 60 days before traveling, balance payable 60 or 30 days prior to arrival depending on the dates. Pets allowed.
