Villa Utopia Configuration:
Sleeps 10 guests, with five superbly-designed bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom. The bedrooms are on the ground and first floors (all have double beds 1.8 X 2 meters that can convert to twin beds), each with private balconies and delightful views from a spacious villa which embraces an open plan living concept with a well-equipped kitchen and lounge and dining areas.

Villa Utopia is set on the lower aspect of the hillside overlooking the Bay of Kissamos. It is located 2km from Kissamos town, 500m from the closest shop, 1.5km from the closest beach and a 20-minute drive from the regional capital of Chania. The airport is 55km away and other villages, beaches, and attractions are an easy driving distance by car.
The swimming pool of 50 Sqm can be heated by a Pool Heat Pump at about 28°C, depending on weather conditions. Pool heating is 700 euro per week extra, with additional charges applying if higher temperatures are required (three days advance notice required for this facility). A pool cover can be provided and has to be used to achieve best pool heating effect.
